Pursuant to the Company’s “Terms and conditions”, each User should acknowledge that each set of User Credentials is non-transferable and shall only be used by the User to whom it is issued. Such User Credentials shall not be disclosed to or transferred to any third person without written permission of the Company. Upon agreeing on the Company’s “Terms and conditions”, the User provides the Company with his/her personal information and ID document to complete the KYC procedures for his/her own use of Bybit account only. Consequently, The Company will not be responsible or liable for any loss or risks resulted from the dishonest or abusive behaviors that violate the Company’s relevant Policies and Procedures.
